The Babes Project is on a mission to help families thrive, by ensuring all women can access vital perinatal support. 

And across all our centres - in Croydon, Frankston and Cairns - we're looking for passionate volunteers who can commit to helping us achieve that vision.

The Babes volunteer intake needs talented, committed people to put their skills to life-changing work - in roles including Pregnancy Support Worker and Midwife, admin support, marketing and communications, and fundraising and events coordinating. 

All Babes volunteers get training in our holistic programs and procedures, and are empowered by Babes leadership to work one-on-one with our mamas, or to help drive the growth of our flourishing organisation.  

Our proven perinatal program has been developed through a decade working on the frontline, supporting pregnant women and new mothers through tough times, including domestic violence, homelessness, health issues, unemployment, family breakdown, and social exclusion.

We are a passionate and growing force for good in all of our communities, based on values of connectedness, inclusivity, safety, empowerment, excellence and motherhood. 

The Babes Project works with clients from every walk of life, and welcomes volunteers into a supportive and friendly environment.
