Please be aware of the following information before making a referral:

• We have limited appointment availability for the remainder of 2025. New referrals will be processed up to December 16th, with further contact booked when The Babes Project reopens from January 27th 2026. Any referrals received from December 16th onwards will also be processed after January 27th.
• Please understand that we are a donor funded charity with NO government funding which means limited spaces in our programs. We will do our best to find room for everyone, but sometimes we have to run a waiting list or close referrals.  
• In response to the increasing demand for The Babes Project's services, we have carefully assessed how to best support women through our education and support programs. Starting in 2025, we will no longer accept referrals for women after 35 weeks of pregnancy. This change ensures women can engage with our program earlier, allowing for greater integration, consistent participation, and, ultimately, better outcomes for themselves and their families. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing collaboration in helping us provide the best possible support to those we serve.
• We will prioritise women who have NOT been through our Perinatal Education and Support Program before.
